At least one victim attempted self-harm after the alleged abuse, and investigators believe more than 10 additional victims have yet to be identified.
Federal authorities arrested a 20-year-old Palmdale man on child exploitation charges after an eight-month investigation revealed he allegedly used dozens of online aliases to target girls between the ages of 9 and 17 across multiple social media and gaming platforms.
Kenneth Mellor was taken into custody without incident Wednesday in Conemaugh, Pennsylvania, the FBI announced Thursday. The investigation began in October 2025 after a concerned citizen reported that Mellor was soliciting a minor for sexual images and claiming to be in a romantic relationship with a 12-year-old girl.
Following the tip, the FBI executed federal search warrants at Mellor’s Palmdale residence and seized multiple digital devices. A forensic review of those devices showed Mellor had been in contact with a large number of suspected minor victims. Investigators have confirmed approximately 12 victims so far, with more than 10 others yet to be identified.
Authorities allege Mellor used threats, intimidation and emotional manipulation to coerce minors into producing sexual content, and misrepresented his age to gain their trust. In at least one case, a victim attempted self-harm following his alleged conduct. Mellor is accused of operating across Roblox, Discord, Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok and WePlay using roughly 30 documented aliases, including Angelicdvorapss, Daddytentoesdeep, HISfavPRINCESS, babydaddy69, Godslayer.199, and others released by the FBI.

The FBI is asking anyone who recognizes those usernames or believes their child may have been in contact with Mellor to call 1-800-CALL-FBI or submit a tip anonymously at tips.fbi.gov.
If convicted, Mellor faces a mandatory minimum of 15 years in federal prison and a statutory maximum of 30 years.
